MY TERMS
- My graphics, are linkware and are free for you to use, requiring only a link back to my site. If your site is a profit making site and you wish to use my work, please contact me for permission and prices. I do not allow my graphics or work to be used on any site that is not suitable for ALL ages.
- The graphics used on my personal pages and where I display my creations are not to be taken without permission. The FREE graphics can be found on these pages.... Backgrounds, Background Sets, Lead lights...there are logos on most pages for linking and in the case of Background Sets, there is a matching logo for each set.
- My work is not to be altered in any shape, size or form, if they are not suitable as they are...either contact me and let me know what you require different or don't use them at all. Also all my graphics remain mine, so please don't claim them as your own work (such as putting them on your site and saying that you made them)....that wouldn't be nice would it...nor honest?
- I would love to see how you use any of my work, providing it is not used for any illegal, child abuse, porn, and so on.
- I hope you enjoy what I have made and please call back for more as I will be updating all the time. I do take orders for personal and specialised work, please email me for prices.
- The tutorials are my own work and are to remain on my site...however, you have my permission to have a 'text link' to them if you wish....but please email me with your intentions.
- If you would like to translate my tutorials into a different language, please email me. I do allow
them to be translated, however, I insist that you use my screenshots and as close to my text as possible. The html file after being translated should be sent to me to be placed on my site and my site only. I will place a link of appreciation to the translator, but I retain all copyrights to my tutorials and to the translated version also. Simply put, I own them completely and can do with them as I please, even to the extent of selling them if I wish. By translating my tutorials you are agreeing to my terms and releasing all your rights to the translated text!
- My work is not to be put on CD's to be sold, nor are they to be bartered with (ie. exchanging for other graphics) Please honour my copyright.
