*Disclaimer*  I got this cute idea from an Australian Muffin recipe book called 'Muffin Magic' by Diana Linfoot... not only does it have the most delicious recipes but also the cutest illustrations. I thought that it would be a good idea to do a series of these fun tutes for the Cafe menu in 2003.  My muffins aren't exactly like the ones in this book as I try to give them a personal touch, but they are similar and based on their ideas.

Part 2 of the Valentine Lemon & Poppy seed Muffins! *s*

Step 16*  If you are happy with the shapes, positions, sizes, colours etc of all of your shape, then convert them all to Raster layer.  If you wish to do your muffins as I have done then here's basically how I did them.

I started with the lady's top and added an Eye Candy Jiggle 4 to it.

Select all...float... then using size 2 Round Paintbrush, I added spots around the top for the poppy seeds.  Deselect....ctrl+d.

Repeat for the man's top.

Save as a PSP file!

Step 17*  Next select the ladies head layer...Select all...float...Effects...

Texture Effects...Blinds

Width 4.....Opacity 37

Colour  #DABC56

Horizontal....unchecked

Light from left/top.....checked

Deselect.  Repeat for the man's head.

      Save as a PSP file!

Step 18*  Give the lady some fancy stockings. Select one of the legs and add a new layer.

With the draw tool, make a lacy effect at the top of the leg....then add some spots or other pattern to the stocking.

Repeat for other leg.  Pretty your lady up in any way that you want. I used the 'Lighten RGB' tool to add highlights to her lips and shoes.   Merge visible all the layers belonging to her....remember to turn off the other layers first.  With this layer highlighted, copy/paste as new image...then export it as a tube.

Now let's see what you can do with the muffin man.... I gave him some fancy shoes, and added highlights and folds to his trousers, using the lighten and darken brushes in the Retouch  toolbox.

Once finished, merge his layers too....then export him as a tube.  Now merge visible the two muffins, copy/paste as new image and export that as a tube.  Go back to the original image and highlight layer 1....decorate this layer in any way you want.  I can't wait to see your results. *s*

Here's my finished muffins...notice that I did not add any colour, texture or whatever to the arms and legs....just wanted them plain...but this doesn't mean that you have to.  Thanks for doing my tutorial.
